About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR) Agency is a licensed human resource and talent management firm based in Nigeria. We specialize in human capital development, staffing, and corporate consulting. We are currently seeking a dedicated Digital Trade Officer to join our team in Festac Town, Lagos.
This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of work daily, 6 days a week. The role focuses on supporting digital trade operations and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
- Promote adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies.
- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
- Assist in onboarding customers for digital services and platforms.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions (added advantage).
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills—must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
