About the role
Stanbic IBTC Bank is seeking a Digital Services Officer to join its team in Lagos. This role focuses on supporting digital banking channels, ensuring high platform availability, and enhancing the delivery of financial services through technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for e-channel applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, and USSD services.
- Design applications and solutions proactively to improve service delivery on digital platforms.
- Monitor SMS and Email Alerts to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage Mobile and Internet Banking Platforms to maintain high availability.
- Offer second-level support to bank branches regarding Mobile and Internet banking applications.
- Generate accurate reports for business decision-making, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- BSc in IT, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology (IT Operations).
- Experience in application support, system performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Professional certifications such as Oracle or MCSA, and knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio or Java, are advantageous.
- Strong competencies in data integrity, stakeholder management, and embracing change.
