About the role
The Vault Recruitment (TVR) is a growing firm that connects talent with SMEs and startups. We are looking for a motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will work from the office three days a week. The role focuses on driving sales through digital channels and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers online.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, digital sales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable communicating via WhatsApp, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
