About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is hiring on behalf of a growing premium home and lifestyle brand. We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Lagos and requires you to be onsite twice a week.
The position focuses on driving customer acquisition, increasing revenue, enhancing digital sales, and improving brand visibility. You will play a key part in shaping the brand’s digital presence and customer retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, promotions, and conversion optimization.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to boost online sales and customer acquisition.
- Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer retention.
- Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for profitability.
- Collaborate with creative teams to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
- Manage email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
- Lead digital product launches and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, digital analytics, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify/WooCommerce, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth for consumer-facing brands.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong commercial, analytical, creative, and communication skills.
