About the role
Duotech HR Consulting is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage their client’s digital presence. The role focuses on driving property visibility and generating qualified leads through targeted online campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Maitama, Abuja (FCT).
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Shoot and edit property tour videos and short-form content using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design marketing assets such as flyers and social media posts using Canva or Adobe software.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
- Monitor performance metrics like CTR and CPL using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
- Update the company WordPress website with new listings and SEO-optimized content.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Schedule content using platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and track leads in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and video editing software.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs) and WordPress.
- Demonstrable content creation and copywriting skills with an existing portfolio.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Must be resident in Abuja.
