About the role
The Vault Recruitment (TVR) is a fast-growing recruitment firm that connects top talent with SMEs and startups. We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This is a hybrid position requiring two days in the office per week. You will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies and managing the company’s social media presence to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the company’s social media presence.
- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Nurture prospects and drive business growth.
- Plan, create, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Create engaging graphics and short-form video content.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Practical experience in email marketing and using email marketing platforms.
- Experience running and managing paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging graphics and short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other relevant design/video-editing tools.
- Good knowledge of social media and email marketing analytics.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
