Fhemfel Group is a multifaceted company specializing in real estate, travel, and hospitality. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. This full-time, onsite position focuses on developing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and promote our properties and services. Experience in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with Creative, Customer Relations, and Sales teams to ensure leads are captured and converted.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost online visibility and organic traffic.
- Generate qualified leads for properties, land, and other company offerings.
- Manage email marketing and other digital communication campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, websites, and blogs.
- Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment.
- Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities weekly and monthly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Preferred: Understanding of the Abuja real estate market and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
