About the role
Simba Group is a Pan-Nigeria conglomerate with interests in transportation, power, and IT-enabled services. We are looking for a Deputy Regional Branch Manager to join our Motorized Transport Division (MTD). This is a full-time position based in Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Kano, or Sokoto. You will report to the Chief Business Officer and oversee Regional Branch Managers.
The salary for this role is N900,000 – N1,000,000 monthly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, volume, and profit targets for 2-Wheeler and 3-Wheeler products.
- Manage dealer acquisition, onboarding, and performance to ensure network productivity.
- Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales and service teams.
- Conduct market assessments to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
- Ensure end-to-end coordination between sales, after-sales, and supply chain for a superior customer experience.
- Monitor credit, collections, and inventory levels to maintain financial sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in sales/commercial roles within the automotive, 2W/3W, or FMCG distribution sector.
- At least 3 years in a regional or senior leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing dealer/distributor networks and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong people-management experience and solid understanding of P&L management.
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Lagos region and beyond as required.
