About the role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate with operations in hospitality, lifestyle, consumer goods, and energy support. The group is headquartered in Delta State and is expanding into Lagos. They are currently seeking to fill two full-time positions as Day Duty Managers in Warri.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hotel operations and supervise staff.
- Manage guest relations and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure service standards are met.
- Coordinate between departments and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- OND holders with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel operations, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and guest-relations skills.
