About the role
Microsoft is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to help customers in Nigeria get the most out of their Microsoft solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure every engagement leads to measurable outcomes. You will align account plans and delivery programs to help customers achieve stronger security, resiliency, and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.
- Engage customers in business value and technology conversations to align Microsoft solutions with their goals.
- Partner with account teams to develop and execute customer success plans.
- Lead strategic program planning and customer-facing reviews to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate blockers to customer consumption and adoption through data analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field AND 6+ years relevant experience.
- Experience: Managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships and building alignment around customer solutions.
- Experience: Building and maintaining relationships with senior customer executives in large or strategically important accounts.
- Experience: Planning and managing a portfolio of customer engagements, including cross-team collaboration and resource coordination.
- Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification, experience with Microsoft Azure, Modern Work, or Dynamics 365, and strong communication skills.
