About the role
Odixcity Consulting is an international HR consulting and procurement firm. They are looking for an energetic NYSC Corps member to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. This position is based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and offers a great opportunity to gain practical corporate experience during your service year.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
Requirements
- Must be a current NYSC corps member.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Must reside in Trans-Amadi or its environs.
- Must be computer literate (Ms Office Suite).
- Smart appearance and a proactive attitude.
- Available to resume immediately.
