About the role
SendParcel.Africa is a specialized logistics and freight company. We offer domestic shipping within Nigeria and international delivery to over 150 countries worldwide. Our services cover regular parcels, corporate orders, commercial cargo, foodstuffs, and gifts via air and sea freight.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer service interactions.
- Conduct market research and data analysis.
- Utilize basic computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Apply strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Exercise leadership and team management skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Market research and data analysis skills.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry in Nigeria is a plus.
