About the role
Onyx Beauty Hub is a luxury hair brand specializing in the wholesale and retail of virgin and raw single donor hair. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will ensure a seamless shopping experience by providing timely assistance and resolving enquiries across our communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information on products, prices, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Process customer orders and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and submit required reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and other digital communication platforms.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an added advantage.
