Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parcel bookings, rates, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate the routing and dispatch of parcels to ensure prompt delivery across all locations.
- Supervise the packaging, registration, and inspection of parcels before dispatch.
- Track parcels in transit and proactively update customers on delivery status.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation, including waybills and proof of delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to facilitate smooth coordination.
- Record customer data and transaction history in the CRM system.
- Support revenue collection and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
