About the role
De Christie’s Ruby Spa is a beauty and wellness destination in Ikeja, Lagos, dedicated to providing exceptional care and a relaxing environment. We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to join our full-time team. This role is central to ensuring clients feel valued from their first inquiry through to their post-visit experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer bookings, appointments, walk-ins, and rescheduling.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and in person.
- Promote spa services, packages, and products to clients.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth appointment flow.
- Maintain accurate customer records and protect client confidentiality.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle inquiries, manage appointments, and resolve complaints.
- Willingness to work full-time at our Lagos State location.
