LEAM Consulting Limited is a leading firm in professional certification training, HR advisory, business development, and IT consulting in Nigeria. We are looking for a professional Customer Representative to manage customer inquiries, orders, and delivery updates on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Follow up with dispatch riders regarding delivery status.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Requirements
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Minimum of HND / BSc.
- 1-2 years of working experience as a Customer Representative.
- Basic computer skills.
