About the role
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is looking for a results-driven Credit Officer to join their team. This full-time position is based in Sango Ota and Ifo, Ogun State. The role involves managing the full loan cycle, from marketing products to collecting repayments.
Responsibilities
- Market daily loan products to prospective customers.
- Register new clients and ensure proper documentation.
- Process loan applications and prepare credit files for approval.
- Conduct field verification of clients, businesses, and guarantors.
- Disburse approved loans in line with company policies.
- Carry out daily loan collections and maintain accurate repayment records.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and support loan recovery.
- Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and client obligations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, Field Officer, or in a similar role.
- Minimum of OND qualification. HND/B.Sc. is an added advantage.
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in the field and meet daily targets.
- Applicants residing in or around Sango Ota or Ifo will be given preference.
