About the role
Co-Matrix Collection Service Limited is a loan collection company focused on recovering bad debts through effective persuasion and guided communication. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Credit Collection Officer to join our team in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos State. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of N60,000 to N200,000.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
- Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. degree.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own an Android phone.
- Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage.
