JV Management Consulting is seeking a visionary Creative Lead to join their team in Abuja. As a passionate organization supporting businesses across Africa, they are looking for a professional who can turn ideas into compelling visual experiences. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, with four days in the office and two days remote each week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the creative vision for all media projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Approve creative concepts and final deliverables before publication or client delivery.
- Lead script development, storyboarding, and brainstorming sessions for digital and video content.
- Provide creative direction throughout pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Mentor and inspire designers, writers, videographers, and editors to deliver exceptional results.
- Coordinate freelance creatives and conduct creative reviews to improve team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media, Communications, Creative Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or similar leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, branding, storytelling, and multimedia productions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools and production workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
