Dear Hiring Manager,
APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
I am writing to apply for the position of Software Developer at Velocity Prime Supermarket, which I saw advertised on Omadaily. Velocity Prime Supermarket is a respected name in retail & E-commerce, and I would welcome the chance to grow my career with your team.
I hold a B.Sc. Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and I have 5 years of experience, most recently as a Software Developer at Crownbridge Nigeria Ltd. In this role I build features for a fintech app used by 500,000 customers, and I cut page load time by 50% by improving the code and caching.
I enjoy solving problems with technology, learn new tools quickly, and would like to help Velocity Prime Supermarket keep building products that people rely on every day. I am also skilled in javaScript and TypeScript, react and Node.js and python and Django.
I have attached my CV for your review. I would be glad to attend an interview at your convenience to discuss how I can contribute to Velocity Prime Supermarket. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours faithfully,
