About the role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) services in the oil and gas sector. The company was incorporated in 1992 and has been operating since 1995. This full-time position is based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and administer contracts for Group Entities including Frazimex and Crown Energy.
- Manage Requests for Quotation/Proposal (RFQ/RFP) through the GEP system from issue to award.
- Ensure back-to-back terms alignment between client-nominated subcontracts and Group contracts.
- Maintain contracts on GEP SMART and service contracts in SAP.
- Provide monthly contract status reports and resolve vendor invoice issues with Finance.
- Drive compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of contracts experience, ideally spanning multiple legal entities or subsidiaries.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Working knowledge of GEP/SAP contract workflows, including GEP Quantum and SAP service contract creation.
- Good stakeholder management skills across diverse business units.
- CIPS membership or active progress toward CIPS is an advantage.
