About the role
C-Restructure Consulting is a business consulting and recruitment firm supporting organizations with HR, talent acquisition, and operational solutions. We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to join our team in Yaba, Lagos. This is a full-time hybrid position requiring work from Monday to Saturday, with two days worked from home.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent posting to maintain the brand’s online presence.
- Monitor content performance and submit daily reports.
- Manage social media pages and engage with the online audience.
- Develop and implement content and social media strategies.
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to create and manage social media content. Experience in content strategy and performance reporting is expected.
