About the role
Multipro Consumer Products Limited is seeking a Content Creator & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Surulere, Lagos. This full-time position combines learning development with recruitment duties. You will help create engaging training materials while also managing the hiring process for new talent.
Responsibilities
- Create training videos, e-learning modules, and presentations using tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Manage content on Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or TalentLMS.
- Partner with internal teams to turn business knowledge into simple, engaging content.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviews.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other talent channels.
- Maintain recruitment records and support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
