About the role
Dicalo Consulting Group is a business consulting company operating in the real estate industry. They are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to manage their online presence and strengthen brand visibility. The role is full-time and hybrid, requiring 4 days onsite in Ajah, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media platforms to maintain an active online presence.
- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, and stories, while maintaining a content calendar.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to generate leads.
- Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, and banners.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties and site inspections.
- Monitor social media trends and digital marketing strategies relevant to real estate.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Graphic design skills with familiarity in tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in photography, videography, and content editing.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of social media advertising and lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
