10Alytics is an educational technology company that provides data and tech skills training to individuals and corporate firms across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. We are looking for a Content Creator to become a recognizable face and voice for our brand. This role focuses on lifestyle-style storytelling, including day-in-the-life and culture-led content, to build genuine audience trust and grow our following across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and publish consistent lifestyle-style content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop a distinct on-camera personality and voice that makes 10Alytics instantly recognizable.
- Partner with the Marketing & Sales team to align content themes with major campaigns while maintaining creative independence.
- Track and report on content performance, including views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to adapt content effectively.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent output.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications with 2+ years of experience creating and publishing original content as a content creator, influencer, or in a similar on-camera role.
- Demonstrated experience building and growing an audience across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube with verifiable metrics.
- Comfortable on camera with an established style, voice, or personal brand.
- No visa or work-authorization restrictions, given the fully remote nature of the role.
- Preferred: Experience in the education, career-development, or tech space, and basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Rush).
