This full-time position involves evaluating loan applications, advising clients on financial options, and managing credit risk. The role is open to both male and female candidates aged 35 years or younger.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Monitor loan repayment performance and identify early warning signs of default to mitigate potential losses.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all lending activities adhere to banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Loan Processing: Collaborate with underwriting teams to verify information and ensure loans comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with borrowers to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Application Evaluation: Assess the financial health of applicants by reviewing credit reports, income statements, and employment history.
- Risk Assessment: Analyze credit ratings and collateral to recommend loan approval, modification, or denial.
- Business Development: Source new clients and contribute to branch growth by promoting loan products.
- Client Advisory: Guide clients through available loan products, explaining interest rates, terms, and fees.
