About the role
mDoc Healthcare is a digital health startup focused on improving access to quality care for people with chronic health needs in sub-Saharan Africa. We are hiring a Community Representative to help drive foot traffic and enrollment at our NudgeHub™ locations. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference and engaging directly with communities to build relationships and drive impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community outreach strategies to drive enrollment and engagement at NudgeHub™ locations.
- Promote comprehensive healthcare services in underserved populations.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders to influence engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Must be based in Epe, Bariga, Alaba, Ikorodu, Balogun Market, or environs.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, community outreach, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or digital health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
