Responsibilities

Requirements
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the facility management industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite, and MS Project.
