About the role
Recore Limited is a Nigerian-owned company providing outsourcing services such as personnel supply, dispatch, and facility management. They are currently seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Coal Mine Operations Officers to join their team in Enugu and Kogi.
In this role, you will coordinate daily coal loading, truck deployment, and dispatch operations to ensure efficient and safe coal evacuation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily coal loading, truck deployment, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor truck payload, weighbridge operations, waybills, and dispatch documentation.
- Track daily truck movements, tonnage, turnaround time, and operational delays.
- Ensure compliance with mine-site safety standards and vehicle loading limits.
- Monitor coal quality and promptly report any operational challenges.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with logistics teams and stakeholders to meet evacuation targets.
Requirements
- OND / NCE or equivalent qualification.
- Practical knowledge of truck loading, payload monitoring, weighbridge operations, and dispatch documentation.
- Basic Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at mine sites and on shifts or weekends when required.
