About the role
GlamPhysician Clinic, founded by Dr. Mobola Savage, blends medical expertise with compassion to provide aesthetic and anti-aging treatments. We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This full-time position supports the clinic’s daily operations and digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with filming and posting approved social media content.
- Support the Medical Director and Clinic Administrative Assistant with assigned tasks.
- Create designs using Canva.
- Take photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Assist with reception and general administrative duties when needed.
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
- Edit short videos using CapCut or similar apps.
- Organise the clinic’s photos, videos, and digital files.
Requirements
- Basic content creation skills.
- Experience with AI tools and digital applications is an advantage.
- Ability to commute reliably to Victoria Island for full-time on-site work.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail, initiative, punctuality, and honesty.
