Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Support client onboarding, engagement, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records and relationship management reports.
- Manage client communications and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented with difficult clients.
- Previous experience in client relations or customer service is an advantage.
