About the role
Estrada International Staffing Solutions (EISS) is a leading HR consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations attract and retain top talent. We are seeking a charismatic Client Experience and Success Specialist to serve as the face of our brand. This hybrid position (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) is based in Surulere, Lagos, and reports to the Business Development Manager. The role is full-time and offers a monthly salary of ₦250,000.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive client management and retention strategies for various business units.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client health check-ins and relationship management.
- Conduct regular visits, calls, and surveys to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide monthly reports to leadership on client sentiment trends and actionable recommendations.
- Represent Estrada at corporate events, industry mixers, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute digital strategies that enhance client business visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, International Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Client Management, Public Relations, or high-end Customer Success.
- Exceptional verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong networking abilities and an eye for quality and luxury in procurement.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
