About the role
Stanbic IBTC Bank is looking for a Client Branch & Campus Support Officer to join their team in Lagos. This role focuses on supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run efficiently, and providing technical assistance to users. The position is available for both Mainland and Island locations in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Monitor performance systems to ensure IT hardware, software, and networks function securely and reliably.
- Resolve technical problems quickly to minimize disruption and handle incidents within service level agreements.
- Ensure that no more than 5 significant incidents occur weekly.
- Achieve an IT User Survey score of 7 out of 10.
- Close 90% of significant and general complaints within the agreed SLA time.
- Implement timely projects and changes to support business objectives.
Requirements
- BSc in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Strong skills in incident management, infrastructure support, and service management processes.
