TeamAce Limited is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Agungi, Lagos. This full-time position involves overseeing daily cleaning operations and managing personnel to ensure high service standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
- Manage cleaning staff and maintain team discipline.
- Ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily tasks.
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
- Monitor staff attendance and productivity.
- Train team members on procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain records of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Resolve client complaints and submit operational reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or HND qualification.
- Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cleaning teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
