About the role
Heirs Technologies Limited is seeking a Chief People Officer to provide executive leadership across talent strategy, performance management, and organizational design. As a key member of the Executive Committee, you will partner with business leaders to build a high-performance, accountable, and values-driven organization. This full-time position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and workforce optimization across all business units.
- Lead performance governance, calibration, and executive reviews to ensure accountability.
- Drive succession planning and critical role coverage while embedding a coaching culture.
- Champion and embed the company’s culture anchored on VOICED values and the 3Es.
- Oversee salary structure, incentives, and reward systems tied to performance outcomes.
- Leverage HR technology to drive efficiency, data visibility, and automation.
- Present HR insights and metrics to the Board and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in HR/People leadership roles, with at least 5–8 years at executive level.
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in organizational transformation and culture change.
- Strong experience in technology, consulting, or fast-scaling organizations.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and data-driven decision making.
