About the role
Qualis Business Support Services Limited is seeking a Chief Operations Officer (SaaS) for a technology-based software sales company. This full-time position is based in Lekki, Lagos. The COO will oversee the Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience units. You will ensure seamless business operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to drive innovation and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Drive business development and revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Oversee IT initiatives and drive digital innovation to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement business strategies that enhance efficiency and market expansion.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success across all business units.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing multi-functional teams, particularly in Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant field is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in an executive role in a technology-driven or business solutions organization.
- Demonstrated success in business growth, operational excellence, and process improvement.
- Strong background in digital transformation, emerging technology solutions, and customer engagement strategies.
