About the role
Strivo Labs is a digital solutions provider specialising in custom design, MVP development, automation, and content creation. We are looking for a strategic and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy, governance, capital management, and financial operations. This role requires a candidate who combines strong technical finance expertise with strategic thinking and commercial awareness to support our growth in a fast-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, regulatory filings, audits, and statutory compliance, including IFRS requirements.
- Lead fundraising activities, manage investor relationships, and optimise the organisation’s capital structure.
- Develop financial models and investment materials to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organisation.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide financial and operational risk management frameworks.
- Mentor finance team members and build a high-performing finance department.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within a growing or multi-business organisation.
- Proven experience in capital raising, fundraising, investor relations, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, regulatory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, MBA, or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
