MISHRA Global Resources Limited is a Human Capital company focused on people development and business growth. We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in Abuja (FCT). This full-time role involves developing financial strategies, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support business sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor financial performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Lead the finance team and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Establish effective internal controls and risk management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including a senior financial management role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and risk management.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High standards of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
