About the role
LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking a skilled and disciplined Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to join their team in Ibadan. This full-time position is based at their Ring Road location. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily menu items such as Jollof rice, fried rice, soups, stews, and pasta to a consistent standard.
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with food hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, kitchen assistants, and cleaners.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc Degree in a related field of study.
- 2-3 years of experience as a chef, cook-in-charge, or kitchen supervisor in an eatery, restaurant, or hotel.
- Must be neat, fast, honest, firm, and a good team leader.
- Culinary skills or certification is an added advantage.
