Responsibilities
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth shift operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient stocks, and minimize kitchen waste.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Deep knowledge of West African culinary arts.
- Strong leadership skills.
