About the role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate operating in hospitality, lifestyle, consumer goods, and energy support sectors. The group is headquartered in Delta State and is currently seeking to fill four full-time Chef positions in Warri.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals consistently and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Apply knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, portion control, and food costing.
- Manage beverage inventory, stock control, and sales accountability.
- Provide excellent customer service and serve VIP guests with discretion.
Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, OND, HND, or BSc in Culinary Arts, Catering, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Demonstrable cooking skills and knowledge of different cuisines.
- Male candidates only.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Completion of a mandatory practical cooking assessment.
