About the role
The British Council is seeking a Channel Development Coordinator to join the Work / Online Proposition team in Nigeria. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role (Pay band 7-F). You will act as a key link between Proposition, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure our digital English learning and assessment solutions are market-ready and effectively positioned for corporate and government customers.
Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market planning and develop sales enablement toolkits, including pitch materials and value propositions.
- Provide strategic input into partner bids and tender processes to ensure competitive and relevant proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales colleagues, key stakeholders, and nominated accounts.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify business development opportunities and threats.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and outreach activities for channel partners.
- Support risk mitigation and compliance in line with British Council corporate policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a global organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in contributing to winning tender responses and pricing.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Experience working with clients in the corporate sector is desirable.
- Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
