Stanbic IBTC Bank is seeking a Change Management Analyst to join their team in Victoria Island, Lagos. As part of a leading African banking group, you will help drive technical innovation and ensure exceptional client service by managing organizational changes effectively.
Responsibilities
- Design project change management plans and engage necessary stakeholders.
- Implement change management agendas and provide adequate reporting.
- Define the scope of projects and identify impacted changes.
- Coordinate different stages of project execution and manage timelines.
- Organize and coordinate staff training engagements for successful change adoption.
- Design feedback platforms to enhance continuous improvement.
- Define and manage systems or control tools to reduce change failures.
Requirements
- BSc in Business or a related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Change Management or Project Management.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and handle at least two project changes.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) are an added advantage.
- Strong behavioral competencies including embracing change, managing tasks, and meeting timescales.
