About the role
The Place is a fast-growing, multi-billion Nigerian conglomerate with over 1,000 employees and 17 locations in Lagos and Abuja. We are looking for a versatile and energetic Cashier/Waitress to join our team in Port Harcourt. This is a full-time position where you will work alongside team members to ensure customers have a wonderful experience and maintain strong relationships with them.
Responsibilities
- Provide passionate, charming, and attentive service to all customers according to company standards.
- Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints swiftly.
- Ensure sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customers.
- Maintain excellent levels of hygiene at all times.
- Utilize suggestive selling skills to enhance sales.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products.
Requirements
- Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
- Must reside in or be able to work in Port Harcourt, Rivers.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage but not compulsory.
