About the role
H-CUE Catering Services Nigeria Limited is an indigenous hospitality company committed to providing cost-effective and high-standard services across various industries. We are looking for a dedicated Camp Boss to lead our industrial catering operations in Port Harcourt.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the catering crew.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Lead a team of at least 10 catering crew members to achieve qualitative and quantitative results.
- Deliver hospitality services to the highest standard and agreed specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a camp boss in the industrial catering sector.
- Minimum of HND in a related field.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS-Excel.
- Good time management, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written).
