About the role
Mark Calthers Consulting Limited (MCC) is a human resources and business development consulting firm based in Gbagada, Lagos. We provide tech-driven solutions to help companies reduce costs, ensure compliance, and build strong teams. We are looking for a Business Manager – Logistics to join our team in Yaba, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and market share.
- Manage operations, recruitment, and customer service teams, setting and tracking their targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including driver recruitment, screening, vetting, training, and placement.
- Set up and improve processes for driver verification, guarantor checks, background checks, and documentation.
- Ensure timely, quality driver placements and high client satisfaction.
- Drive sales and business development across individual, corporate, logistics, and fleet clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams and running both operations and sales or business development.
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- MBA or professional certification is an added advantage.
