About the role
Uni Medical Health Care Limited, a subsidiary of Unigloves Singapore, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Oyo. As a key player in the medical consumables sector, we supply over 1.3 billion gloves annually to healthcare professionals and various industries worldwide. In this full-time position, you will focus on hunting new business opportunities in the Southwest region while ensuring excellent client experiences and collaborating with account teams for smooth transitions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentations, detailing, and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and mentor sales executives to drive performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports, including pipeline and sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for seamless execution.
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors, Procurement Officers, Pharmacists, and HMO Executives.
- Ensure proper visibility of company products in hospitals and pharmacies.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in medical consumables, healthcare, or distribution industries.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Strong B2B sales and key account management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and professional attitude with high integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
