About the role
Prime Atlantic Limited is a Nigerian-owned company established in 2003, dedicated to providing comprehensive services and solutions to the Oil & Gas industry in Sub-Saharan Africa. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and securing profitable contracts across our safety, emergency response, training, and technical services offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Training, Technical Services, and Renova divisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new markets.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads and client engagements.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Deliver presentations to promote our services to prospective and existing clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market position.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and leads.
- Monitor business development activities and provide monthly reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management.
- Relevant managerial experience in leading Business Development, Sales, or Marketing teams.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Safety, Emergency Response, Technical Services, or Training is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
