Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase property sales and attract new investors.
- Identify market opportunities, research trends, and set measurable business targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to final transaction closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Coach the sales team on prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Prepare regular reports on revenue, lead conversion, and business development activities.
