About the role
Catilas Resources Limited is recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial bank. We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst Assistant to support business analysis, reporting, data interpretation, and process improvement activities. This is a full-time position based in Marina, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Support business analysis and reporting activities.
- Interpret data to drive insights.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives within the bank.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower.
- NYSC completion or exemption certificate (compulsory).
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, banking, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Age limit is 29 years or below.
- Knowledge of banking operations or financial services is an advantage.
